Biomass pellets are made from solid waste such as corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shells, corn cobs, soybean stalks, grain hulls, weeds, twigs, leaves, sawdust, bark and other solid waste as raw materials, which are crushed, dried, and molded in wood chip pellet machine into a small rod-shaped solid pellet fuel. Pellet fuel is made by extruding wood chips and other raw materials under normal temperature conditions using a biomass pellet machine. The density of raw materials is generally about 110-130kg/m3, and the density of molded pellets is more than 1100kg/m3, which is convenient for conveying and storing, and at the same time, its combustion performance is greatly improved.
