Working Principle

The machine operates by feeding powdered biomass material (such as sawdust or straw) into a rotating ring die; inside the chamber, press rollers forcefully compress the material through the die’s small holes, generating intense friction and heat that naturally lignin in the biomass acts as a binder to form solid, high-density pellets, which are then cut to uniform length by adjustable blades and discharged.
