Charcoal machine working principle:
Firstly, the collected raw materials are crushed into granules within 5mm by pulverizer to meet the subsequent processing requirements.
Then the crushed particles are dried by the dryer, so that the moisture content of the material is within 15%. This is because the moisture content of the raw material is very important for the molding and quality of charcoal, too high or too low is not conducive to the formation of charcoal.
The raw materials with suitable dryness are transported to the rod making machine, and then molded by high temperature and high pressure (without adding any additives in the process) to form the fuel rods.
Finally, the fuel rods are put into the carbonization furnace for carbonization treatment, and after cooling, the finished charcoal will be obtained.
Main equipment composition:
Pulverizer: It is used to pulverize the raw materials into suitable particle size to prepare for the subsequent processing. Different raw materials may require different types of pulverizers, such as wood pulverizer, straw pulverizer, etc.
Dryer: Its function is to remove the moisture in the raw material to ensure that the moisture content of the raw material meets the requirements of rod making.
