Working Principle
A multifunctional wood crusher is powered by an electric motor or diesel engine, which drives the high-speed rotation of heavy blades or hammers mounted on a rotor. When material (such as wood scraps, straw, and bark) is fed into the crushing chamber through the feed inlet, it is immediately struck and cut by the high-speed blades. Meanwhile, smaller-than-specified fragments are discharged through the mesh at the bottom, while larger pieces remain in the chamber, where they are repeatedly struck, torn, and ground by the rotating hammers until they are small enough to pass through the screen. Ultimately, the various miscellaneous wood materials are crushed into uniform, fine fragments.
